So the first win on the road for 2015 came in the shape of the 23 mile lumpy course around the roads of Stafford with the first round of the national time trial series.
A very cold morning greeted us as I rolled down to the start, but within 5 minutes of starting the sun came out and started to warm the day up a little.
A tough 23 miles lay ahead with a few drags on some rough roads, mixed with losing the data off my computer turned the race into a blind run and basically just feeling my way through and hoping it was enough for the win. Fortunately I paced it right and rolled home with the honours of top spot on the podium for Para-T.
Very happy to get the first outing done and good marker set for the season .
It was a strong performance all round for Para-T with new comers Liz Saul in 5th and Sally Hurst in 6th which we are looking to carry forward into round two on April 3rd in Buxton.
